Default Go to 408?

Ok I'm buying an lq4/9 and have a few questions about forced induction and combo set up.

1. Should I stay stock crank and just add H-Beams and dish pistons 30 over
2. Would I be better off stroking out to a 408? Would it hold more or last longer?
3. I'm really only looking to run low 10s maybe high 9s (that is fast enough)
4. I'm looking at purchasing the l92 head and blower cam kit from tps, do the stock mani's on the lq4/9 work fine with the l92 (d shape port does it matter?)
5. I would like to make around 700 whp, how big of a turbo would your go? 76 or 88?? maybe different size?
6. I want to run the EFI Intake from gm or Eldelbrock with an intake elbow, wouldn't this be better than normal l76 or ls3 intake?
7. Would it be better to run the 6012 for timing or the stock computer? (can i run them separate?) Is the stock computer still efficient at this power?
8. I'm dropping this in to my 95 z28, is there anything special I should know fitment wise that I might need to plan for? (I'm going to run a cowl hood) (and I know about the lt1/ls1 m6 difference)
9. Would anyone recommend a blow through? I really like the idea of no fuel injection, but if fuel injection is that much better than carb (not just opinion but actual that superior) then I am ok with EFI.

Steve if turboing the stock displacement will work fine for 700rwhp. A buddy of mine did that on a forged 346 with t76.

That is what I thought. I know guys are making wicked power with just stock internals with a spot on tune. I would just rather at least forge the rods and pistons for more security, but hey if I can save a 1000 buy not buying the crank then cool! as long as it is still reliable.
