First whats a 4*4 car? Second the LS7 is not an iron block. So you either can use an LS7 which is aluminum... or Lq4 or LQ9 which are iron.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...bore-size.html

If you want to go with a 4.125" bore, get a real LS7 block, or an LSX block.

You would be much better off with the 4.03" iron block and a 4" stroke crank making a 408" motor. You will not miss the 19 cubic inches. I have an iron 427...4.07" bore filled to the water pump ports with HardBlok and a 4.100" crank. It is a good street engine, but at that size of cubic inches it really wants larger heads....which are normally build for a 4.125" or larger bore. I am thinking of trying to switch to a L92 top end. Stick with a 408 with decent heads and you will be very happy.

Do you have your heart set on a 427 for some reason? Or do you already own an LS7 rotating assembly that you want to use?

If not, look at the link I posted, get some slightly smaller diameter pistons, forget about the few extra cubic inches and be happy for a lot less money.

I wouldn't b/c they weren't design for that long of a stroke. You'll get piston walk cause the cylinder walls aren't long/tall enough. You'll be okay with a LS3 stroker... but if you have the cash.. SDPARTS or SLP have decent price LS3 413+ cubic inch strokers at a decent price.

My friends told me the LS7 alum block is weak ! And I will use the car for daily use with GT17 cam or L47R cam and fast manifold+big mouth throttle. Just that !

The LS7 block is not "weak" by any means and should work out perfect for your goals. Its just a one off and a difficult piece to share parts with other LS engines and its not ideal for boost. Otherwise its good to go for NA builds.

If you want to build an LS7 build an LS7 if you wish to build a stroker start with the LSX or 6.0L iron block and go. As mentioned the 408 is the smart money build on this route.

Thanks guys for help. One another question
I select valve springs and push rods
texas-speed.com/p-1411-comp-cams-ls7-magnum-pushrods.aspx

texas-speed.com/p-473-precision-race-components-675-eht-double-spring-kit.aspx

It this good for GT17 cam or LS7R cam from texas speed
