Default 4.8/5.3 crankshaft casting number

Hi,i buy 5.3 2009 ,and am not sure is 5.3 or4.8, the piston is dish,the heads is 799,the casting number on crank shaft is 12553482 ,thank's
Dom.

crankshaft part # 12553482
are you sure its out of a 09??
all gen IV engines have flat top pistons.

That casting number is a 4.8.

I thought the 4.8's had flat tops?
799 heads? Is the engine aluminum or iron?
