LS7 head bolt torque......
I'm curious if the LS7 heads share the same torque down specs as the LS1. I have the LS1 numbers and sequence they're torqued to. Don't really see why the LS7 would differ any, except possibly torque values. Seems like the sequence would be the same. Anyone know for sure? Thanks guys......

If the same size bolts/studs are used, the torque values should be the same.

The LS1 has much longer bolts. I doubt the torque to yield specs are the same. Sorry I don't have the specs.

He was asking about heads. Bolt/stud torque values are block-related. Bolts and studs do not know which heads they are screwing down

Arp.......
Hey Steve, thx for responding. I should've clarified what's going on. I have ARP studs. Not OEM bolts, not ARP 2000 studs, just plain old ARP studs w/12 point nuts, and flat washers. I'm thinking sequence is the same. Maybe I'll call ARP for torque values.
