stock bottom end with 110k miles? how much hp
i got a 2000 ls1 t/a it has 110k miles with a full intake ( cold air ,ported t/b ,mass air and BBK SSI intake. puts 380 to the wheels its time for more power tho
i was going to do a bigger fule pump ported heads push rods springs cam. at this point it should put down 480 rwhp but i dont know about that bottom end will it handle that power... also may do a 150 shot but i dont want the bottom end go pop when i get the button i just need some advice thanks.

You would have better luck posting in the Gen III section of the forum. Getting 480 rwhp out of a stock bottom end LS1 is going to take a very good selection of parts - not something you can throw together. 450 would be an easier goal to achieve.
150 shot typically is not an issue so long as you pull adequate timing. A lot will depend on the condition of your bottom end. If all highway miles by your grandma things are looking good. If it was driven like it was stolen for the last 100K you might want to invest in some newer, stronger parts. You might want to perform a compression check before doing anything.
