Default Stroker Motor build LS3 vs LS7 block

I'm currently gathering the parts to built a 4.0" stroker motor for my 2001 SS. Looking at LS3 vs LS7 blocks. Is the 4.125" bore of the LS7 block worth the extra cost? Since I have to pass Colorado emissions tests the engine will have CNC'd LS3 heads, a fairly mild cam and 1 3/4" headers since I already have them. Will I miss the extra .060" of bore? The engine will never see any sort of power adder.
