Default s3 swaps cooling issues?

Not sure where this should go...
Is it necessary to upgrade the 4th gen cooling system with ls3 swaps or is the factory system good to go?

A stock s3 set up should be ok with a good stock system. If its a built motor you may need a larger rad. stock water pumps are fine for almost all builds. It also depends what you are going to do with the car. Street use and road racing are the hardest on the cooling system. drag and auto x not so much.

Stock cooling system should work no problem. Like previously stated if its a stroker a bigger radiator would help but not required.

Thanks for the info.

I will probably do the 93- 96 LT1 radiator swap for piece of mind.
