theres no replacement for displacement.

Go witht he biggest bore you can, and no more than a 4 inch stroke. a 427 is probably your best bet.

you want a forged rotating assembly by far, and an iron block wouldnt be a bad idea either.

Oh, and that cam seems like a bitch cam, get something custom spec'd

I would definitely get a bigger cam if you plan on running bigger cubes. Nothing beats a custom grind.

ok but did the 364 ci well be good or i need to bigger cubes

and just piston & Connecting Rods well be good and safe for around 750 rwhp

I just told you bore it out as much as you can and go with a 4inch stroke. If you have a 4.030 bore that makes it 408 etc etc
