Help with LSx Harmonic Balancer Swap
Hi there, I am changing over the harmonic balancer (damper) on my LSx454 from the stock OE type to a Power Bond.
The OE balancer does not have a key, but the power bond does. The crankshaft end does have a keyway. I bought what I thought was the key I needed but it is way too big.
Is there a specific key I have to ask for, and is it a genuine GM part? Here are some pictures
Thanks in advance.

You can run it without but if the balancer has a keyway and crank is cut for one,I would find one that fits and use it.Measure it and go a hardware store and look threw there woodruff keyway assortment or machine shop.

Thanks all, your help is very much appreciated. Looks to me like this is the one I need, but as mentioned I don't strictly have to run it. But since its off and apart I may as well fir it.
