Default Bolt Torque Consensus

Ok, I have a 2008 5.3L with alum. block and heads (not that it matters). Anyway, I've been looking for flywheel and pressure plate bolt torque specs and have found way too many variances. I've read anywhere from 50 ft/lbs to 95 ft/lbs for the flywheel bolts and 15 +30 degrees to 35 ft/lbs for the pressure plate to flywheel bolts. I think the different years have different specs.

I'm using all ARP bolts for this.

Anyone know for sure?

I found the below website, but the numbers listed seem excessive to me from what I've read elsewhere.

Also, with ARP bolts I've read that thread sealant is necessary for the flywheel bolts. True? If so, any particular type? How about Loctite for any of these bolts?

Info is much appreciated guys.

I checked the ARP site, thanks a ton! Found what I needed for the flywheel bolts, but they don't have the info for the pressure plate bolts. Still need those.

Use stock spec for the bolt you are using on the pressure plate.

The threads are blind so I'm not sure why ARP wants sealant. I personally use red loctite on the flywheel and pressure plate and have never had a problem. Is it an auto or manual Trans?

Manual trans. The more I search, the more it looks like 52 ft/lbs for the pressure plate to flywheel bolts.

Flywheel to crank bolt torque is 84 ft/lbs according to ARP with blue Loctite 242.

Those numbers seem high. 52 ft-lbs seems like a lot for the M8 bolts from pressure plate to flywheel. I don't have any specs in front of me but I thought the numbers to be in the area of 32-35 PP and 53-58 FW. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

I just need to call ARP and ask them. The numbers are all over the place on the web.
