Default Need help with stroker 408

Hi

I am planing to put a stroker kit 408 into my pontiac g8 with 6.0L. The engine is L98. I am confused about witch pistons to choose since I am planing to put a blower in the future. A friend of mine suggested to use wisco 4.010 -2cc in order not to lose pressure and power but yesterday a tech told me that you will be able to go with 3 psi with that piston I am really confused and I need help from you all.

What pistons should I go with?
I want to go only 15 Psi since I am having an auto 6 speed transmission max 600rwhp.

Thank you all.

.010 will be a 403. If you're going with 15 lbs, you might want to lower the compression.

You're already at 10:1, with the stroker kit, it will be more. I'd go with a larger dish, because the cam you need for the blower will not have enough overlap to bring dynamic down.

what do you think of wisco 4.03 -22cc. Is this going to give enough room for blower cam and 15lbs??

You really gotta figure out the rest of your setup and goals.

What type of heads, what cam, what type of FI, what compression ratio? All that is needed before you can figure out what piston to go with.

Start with approximately what compression will safely let u run 15lbs of boost. Just a wild guess I would say maybe a 9.3-9.5c/r. That being said, go to google, type in compression calculator and play with the numbers there. That is a food starting point. If u need help just pm me

The problem is that I do not know how to calculate it.
