I've looked through most of the threads and people recommend one brand or another. What i need are specific part numbers to mention to my machine shop. I don't want to spend the $$$ to have the heads redone with sub-par products. All bronze guides are not created equal, all SS valves are not equal etc




Here is what I have so far:
Guides:
Guide: GM: LS1 IE Std0.3140" I.D. x 0.5000" O.D. x 2.105" Long VG9470 bronze manganese

Valves - Stainless Steel
Rev 1137 1.625 8mm 5.230 .290 LS7 EXHAUST

Spring kit:
Need recommendations on exhaust valve spring to handle the 25% heavier SS valve.
Seals
Will I need different seals for the aftermarket valve guides?


Any help would be greatly appreciated..
