Weak break after big cam 402 engine G8GT !!!

Weak break after big cam 402 engine G8GT !!! After we put the new 402 motor engine in G8Gt we noticed the break is not working well we checked all vacuum hoses from intake manifold to the break booster every thing seems fine so we put vacuum tank between the booster and the manifold but the problem still there
cam specifications is 242-250 114
car is idling @ 70kpa
Any help will be appreciated

You don't give much info to go by but did you check intake manifold to oil valley cover bolts clearance, perhaps something may be keeping the intake manifold gaskets from a proper seal, check booster hose for leaks as well as throttle body 0 ring/loose t body bolts? steam pipe interfiarance....
