Default Keep my cam or go bigger...?

Long story short, I have an LS2 block on the engine stand now. Using LS3 top end, heads milled .015 (w/ minor port work on the exhaust runners) and .040 cometic gaskets. I decided to go with a 230/234 114+2 cam and had it ground from comp.. I flycut my pistons .060 because I kept hearing about all the dreaded PTV clearance issues. Well after I installed the cam and lifters, I checked my PR length which measured 7.4. And using checking springs and clay method, I checked PTV and I have .160 clearance. Now the dilema, stick with this cam or am I leaving some power on the table by not going with a bit of a bigger cam?

EDIT: I guess I left out that yes this is a DD but that's just to and from work for me which is about 5 or 10 minutes. So what I'm really after here is a weekend warrior and some track time.

You could go bigger without affecting your daily driver needs even though that cam you have sounds good.

Ya, the cam I have came from alot of research. It's a proven cam over on corvette forum, I'm just afraid I'll always have it in the back of my mind, damn I could have went a little bigger. I was honestly shocked at my PTV clearance after reading all the dread on clearance...

I had a 227/235 in a 05 GTO A4 with those heads and it worked great. I drove the car every day...nice set up. I would stay with what you have, should work great.

alot of research huh lmao....

ok guys i am not being a jerk. were buddies and i helped with the cam selection and i messed with his mind about being able to go bigger now that he has additional clearance....i am a bad friend.

keep what you got buddy. this should be perfect. i just went friday for a ride in my buddys 2010 camaro with similar cam as mine but higher lift and personally i liked mine better. point being higher lift is not everything which i already knew but you know we get to second guessing ourselves sometimes.
