Default Aluminum 6.0 stamp # 51023?

How do i tell if a 6.0 block is iron or aluminum?
This has a number stamped 51023 on it.

Iron will look a lot different, more grey than silver, weigh 70lbs more and a magnet will stick to the out side of it. If the heads are off, there will be no sleeves in the iron block (shouldn't be at least)

Post a picture, you should be able to tell by sight.

Aluminum. At least it looks like it. Iron would be much darker and it looks like it has been around a while, so rust should be around the bolt holes and scratched areas.

Pretty sure it is the aluminum, but go grab a magnet off the fridge and slap it on the side of the block. If it hits the floor she is aluminum.
