Building a new set up, looking for sum opinions on the best all out performance cam... My car is a race only car, over 12:1 compression, fully forged, 415+ c.i, fast/fast, cnc aftermarket ls3 heads. Will be running a 200 shot at times..

Also have 373 gears and a 4k stall

cams im deciding between are:

259/275 624/624 115 lsa

251/267 624/624 115 lsa

255/271 624/624 115 lsa


like i said im looking for the max power cam... Also how do you guys see these cams playing out in respect to hp/tq output in the sense of even-ness.... For example will the hp/tq numbers be close or will one be much greater then the other?

I had a 249/256 612/629 112 lsa cam that mad equal amount of hp/tq on a similar set up and im looking to have the numbers even if possible...

I hate to change the sub but Why are compression ratios so low in all out cars?...old 426 hemi's came factory with 13:1 with hot cast heads with only Sunoco 104 as I recall.
