Default Upgrade valve train or leave it be?

I have an lq4 with intake/fuel rails yada yada she makes about 415 to the wheels and I'm debating on upgrading the valve springs and rockers becuase Ive been hearing alot of good things (power increase) from upgraded valve trains. So what's your opinion? Any of you low mod N/A guys notice a good bump in powerband/power with your valve train upgrades?

What are your plans for the vehicle? If it's stock, I'd just upgrade the rockers to Comps trunion upgrade for a pc. of mind. If you have a cam, springs, retainers, locks,PRs and comp upgrade.

Going turbo eventually so an upgrade is needed down the line. I'm thinking trunion/springs/and rockers for now. How much higher will the rpm band reach?

What springs do you have on now? And if you're going to upgrade the rockers to an aftermarket set why do the trunions?

Personally I would refresh the springs depending on how many miles on the old ones and do the trunion upgrade on the stock rockers.

She's got close to 100k.. Springs are a definitely going on. What springs would you recommend? Also I thought the "power increase" was made from the improved design of the rockers? Less weight more efficient etc.
