Default valvetrain stability ls3 heads

To all that turn there stuff 7500. what is the correct build to get this to live? Which lifter, rocker setup and valvespring package? will the intake and exhaust valves take the abuse? looking for past experience so I do this only once. thanks

Don't forget a quality lifter.... ie Morel 5206

My buddy spins his turbo LS3 to 7800rpm without issues on rebuilt stock rocker arms (Comp Cams trunion kit), off the shelf dual spring kit/tit retainers, and those Morel lifters.

Trunion upgrade first and foremost
Lightweight dual springs and retainers
Lightweight valves
Quality lifters (ls7 is not quality lifter period)
Cam lobe design, you want something like HUC that are very durable and stable at high rpm
Correct valvetrain measurements and pushrod length
