FAST 102/NW TB vs....?
Hi Folks,
I'm building an LS3 418 stroker and am trying to determine what path I should take regarding an intake/TB. I was planning on going with the FAST 102/ NW 102 TB (based off an LME build I saw a year ago)...however my engine builder seems unsure about that, instead suggesting to just use the LS3 intake and TB (ported I assume?). I know the FAST/NW will run ~1300, but if folks more experienced with this could chime in I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

The engine builder can build his own thing, or go his way if you can live with the limitations, every one who uses this combo could have saved the money and use the cheap stuff, then I don't see any body selling their choice combo to go back the money saver.

That's a plus.

An ls3 with very mild head porting and cam I sold the guy a Nick Williams 102 TB and he got himself a used fast 102 intake which had a very bad ports miss match, we believe is was an ls7 intake cause the ports were much wider than that of the ls3 heads, long story short 40 Whp gain on pump gas and 30 torq, over the factory intake and Throttle body.
