Default Morel limited travel preload!!!!?

I am putting some Morel limited travel lifters in my motor and was wondering what the preload should be (aluminum block & heads) also I wanted to know if I can use non adjustable rockers w/ these lifters?

Are they polished entirely? the limited travel is considered high rpm also, the polished ones are for constant high rpm (road racing) and the limited travel are for high rpm spikes(drag racing)

I have the polished ones. I started with the recommended preload and then shimmed the stands to get them where they are now. Revved it 3500 for 1200 miles in 4 days

You shimmed the stands to get better rocker geometry? What did you use to shim them? I'm assuming washers, correct?
Im about to check the pushrod length on mine today and I have the Lunati 72532 (morel 5296) in my 416 with stock rockers.

I made some wide area washers out of .020 alum. I did it just to remove some preload. The geometry was ok.either way. I could not justify another $180 in pushrods.
