Default HELP...Ls3 swap in 00 TRans am.. Won't idle..

Like the title reads I just completed a ls3 swap in my 00 trans am and followed everything to a T like the sticky said do..I sent my computer to EPS and had it tuned but when I crank the car it has trouble idling from the get go then when I try to give it gas it has a major delay in throttle response ..so bad thAt it starts backfiring and popping,I've racked my brain and checked everything till I'm blue in the face...can anyone help me brainstorm what the issue may be?...maybe a bad sensor.?...I've checked all the hoses for vaccium leaks they seem to be all connected good..also,I'm using racetronix harness extensions...any info is appreciated...thanks,Jonathan...
