Default Mast ls3 style heads with compcams 1521 rocker issues

Hey guys, I've been looking for info everywhere on this bit haven't been able to find anyone with any issues I'm having. So basically I have a set of Mast ls3 heads and I bought a set of comp cams 1521 offset ls3/l92 shaft mount rockers. The straight rocker and bolt hole on the bracket line up ok. But the offset stuff is all out of wack. The offset rocker is too"wide" out by .062" and The bolt hole for the mounting bracket are out over about the same I could make it work by shimming the rocker "side play" and milling the "offset" hole in the brackets in to line up with the hole in the head. I prefer to know if I got the wrong stuff or not though. I will post some pics later today. " I don't think the head is machined wrong but there is an issues some where, it just seems wierd that I haven't found anyone with similar issues.

Thanks

Yea.... That's what it seems from all appearances mast is advertising these to use stock ls3 parts. But I'm still waiting on some more information from them. One would think they would mention when you buy a set of head "oh yea you can't use rocker arm for an ls3 , you have to use these". Ya know?

It will use stock rockers just not aftermarket stock rockers. This is why it says you must use their stands

Ok, that definelt make sense I don't know how I didn't see where they said that. Lol. So my next question would be what kind of adjustable rockers could I use. Being as I have short travel lifters.

T&D rocker arms are who manufactures Comp Cams shaft systems, between Jesel and T&D I'll buy from Larry Torres any day over a company like Jesel.

Plan on a $400 valve cover to clear those rockers also.
