Default Big power

Hi, i'm planing to build a big power street/strip car and i have some questions i thought you guys could help me with my goal is over 1300whp twin turbo lsx on race gas boost only:
1-will i be able to run a hydrolic roller camshaft? Why/why not?
2-will i need to convert to a distributor style ignition?
3-what size engine you think would be best, i'm considering 427ci
4- what turbos you think would work best with that size engine, and what brands would you recomend? I'm thinking twin comp 76s
5- will i get away with a composite intake manifold or do i need to go sheet metal?
6- what do else do i need to do to maximise the streetability of this set up?

Bare in mind this is an all out build, i'm already in the process of building the chassis, thanks for the help guys

I would keep the bore under 4.1 if it was mine.
