Default Spun bearing???

Im just throwing this out there in hope that someone has had a similar problem or someone knows what might have happened. I have a TSP 408 on a direct port 300 shot. A few months ago i took it out and sprayed it for just a second or two and drove it back to put it up. After driving 3-5 miles back with no problems i turn into my neighborhood and as i mash the clutch in i heard this awful knock. I roll into the garage and get out to listen and its very spastic with no rhythm while idling. When i shut the car down and fire it up the sound is amplified 5x. If i rev the car a little the sound goes away. This is a forged bottomend car with two bottles sprayed through it. Im almost leaning to a broken pressure plate bolt. I havent drove it since. But the clutch engages and disengages fine. And i have not lost any oil pressure. Any ideas

Failed lifter wheel comes to mind. Can you post a video? GM lifters? I'd yank the heads and pull them out to check personally. You will probably end up having to do it evenually anyways.
