Default what temp to bake LS7 Intake at to port?

Can the stock LS7 plastic intake be baked and taken apart? I need access to the runner openings to port. What temp and how long to bake?

Headlights are done around 200 deg F for 10 mins but I'm not sure the plastic intakes are put together with the same adhesive. Probably wouldn't damage it to try as long as you take the sensors off.

I think they are friction welded, if so baking will not work.

How much are you really going to gain by porting the very beginning of the runner?

You can reach pretty deep into them from the outside.

Jime was correct, they are vibration/friction welded together
