Default ls1 to ls2 cam sensor Questions

So Im swapping a 05 gto ls2 into a camaro and have purchased the extension harnesses from tsp. Problem im having is the harness does not clip into the sensor on the timing cover it is completely wrong. Is there 2 different sensors? Does anyone have the part number for the one that I will need for the extension harness to work?
Thanks

The short harness like posted above does use a different plug then the cam sensor. Sounds like your problem.

Is it the OE harness or the CPS that will dictate which aftermarket harness to use?

I just went thru the same ordeal you need the other harness. I used the one that pluged straight to the cam sensor. This is the one i got. http://www.racetronix.biz/itemdesc.a...2-CSAH&eq=&Tp=
