Default Anyone know thread pitch of cam center bolt?

Getting ready to do a cam swap on my 09 CTS-V and am going to try to pick up a longer bolt to use as a handle when I pull out the stock cam. Everyone talks about using water pump bolts for the new 3-bolt cam, but to pull the stocker don't you need a longer bolt too? If anyone knows the thread pitch of the stock cam bolt (center bolt), I'd appreciate it so I can pick up some threaded rod or a long bolt.

Thanks!

M16 x 1.5 x 63 for the single bolt cams. MSC direct has long threaded rods that just happened to be laying around my house in that size...go figure.
