Brian Tooley has .660" rated lift platinum dual springs polished with seals, locks and retainers. Your choice of steel or titanium retainers. Check his web site. These are top notch spring kits, just installed a set on my 2000 ss with new cam and heads.

For the .620-.650 lift range, his kits are not much cheaper than the duals. It really looks like he wants to press the duals instead of say the 1518s based off price alone with his kits.
Setup properly the beehive is all you would need really, but you would want to take the time to shim them correctly and get the pressures you want. I like the Manley beehives over the say 1518s as they are a better material and have a better pressure range.

Better material? Yeah I highly doubt that.

there is also a company who bought out patriot who is offering a good setup as well.

Tell me how they are not? Do you actually know the metalurgy of each spring? The PAC is a proprietary blend that is cutting edge, and not cheap. Hence the large reason of the cost difference in a PAC spring compared to most competitors.

I've used the Manley's before and they do have a nice surface enhancement that prevents stress risers as well as sheading oil faster which cools them more efficiently. Not cheap but quite nice !!!

you are not going to get the specifics of the metalurgy composition. No one but us and the supplier know's that.

As far as pricing, look on other sites too. They will all be different prices.

LOL. Think of it this way, most resellers will not even tell you who's spring you are using. With PAC you can be assured you have a PAC manufactured spring (made in Detroit, not off shore).

Do you have any plans for offering clinical springs?
