5.3 misfire/studder after nitrous
Stock 5.3 professionally tuned running speed density swapped into a k5.
Was running great the whole day of bashing around in the dirt spraying a 150 wet shot. While driving home from the off road park it started misfiring.
Inspected the plugs and they were nice and clean. Didn't show any sign of lean or rich or detonation.
No codes! No misfire counter going off according to SnapOn modius ultra. Fuel pressure holds at 58psi even under load.
I thought I had it figured out when I found an intake gasket leaking. Well I replaced the gaskets and the miss is now worse. I also swapped the plugs with ngk tr6. Compression is 160+- on all 8.
Ive unplugged coils and plug wires trying to elimate cylinders and haven't got any clues. I also took my temp gun and all cylinder temps are close.
Any ideas? About to swap coil packs and injectors.
Thanks
