I am using the mid lift method for setting up my valvetrain on my ls2. I am running yella Terra shaft mount rockers atop a set of afr 205's. Using mid lift method tells me I need .125 shim under the stands and a set of 7.60 pushrods to get my preload right. The heads have been resurfaced just to clean up some slight warping and I am running Oe head gaskets. Has anyone had similar results using the Mid lift method?
