The cubic inches are going to make that cam seem a lot smaller than as if it were going into a 346ci LS. You may need a different stall, though. Not sure what you have now.

Got a stock stall..yet the transmission is well built to handle all kind of heat and pressure. ..I would rather to keep it if its drivable all races are rolling from 30 mph.

What would the tourq be like...am I better off with a stock 243s heads?

Cam #1 will drive really great!
I would suggest something in between those two, maybe a 227/235 114 and 3200 stall.

Please advise..could this poor number be a result of the ported 241 heads.

Doubtful, unless the porting was REALLY bad.

Is it the ls6 manifold and the 80 throttle?

No. It probably has a lot to do with the cam. In my opinion, I would like to see something with more duration on the intake and the exhaust, and a tighter LSA for more overlap.

However, even with that baby cam you have in there, I would have expected a lot more that 408ft-lbs, so I think something else is playing a role too.
