Put a massive trans cooler for my 4l80 on and even though my trans temps dropped 40 degrees my oil temp is up 20 to around 235-240. Even though it was ungodly hot 101 with a heat index of 107, the oil temp seemed a bit high plus the intercooler and trans cooler somewhat blocking air flow to the radiator my question would be is that an ok temp to run at. Granted it will probably run a bit cooler when it's not 102 outside. I thought about a small oil cooler but I'm running out of room before I run out of space and completely covering the radiator opening.
