Default Need Help on Cam Identification

Can anyone help me identify this cam. It came out of a LS2 GTO engine I bought. I've tried searching the various numbers on it but cant find it. The numbers are on the rear of the cam with no numbers engraved on the front. Last cam I bough had a Comp Cams number engraved on the front.

The top set of #s looks to be 238 and 246 LXL cam lobes, lift at the valves is .615"/.615" on both the intake and exhaust lobes.
The 110.0 on the next line is a 110 LSA.
The rest of the info on line 3 and 4 should be what you can give to Comp Cam to fully identify it.

So, 238/246 110lsa.

I'd still recommend you contact Comp Cam to get the full specs, with 100% accuracy.

Thanks, I appreciate the help. I was advised the cam was a Comp Cam XER287HR 238/240 .605/.609 112 LSA. When I saw the 110lsa I figured I better check the specs.

CompCams replied to my email today and advised the cam was a 238/246 @ 0.050 on a 110 LSA. They did not state the lift though, I sent them another request for the lift info. Is the .615/.615 lift pretty accurate?

Yes, these lobe numbers are for the LXL cam lobes

13161 = 238 (@.05") with .615" lift using 1.7 rockers

13163 = 246 (@.05") with .615" lift using 1.7 rockers

On the Comp Cam website home page, click:

information,
catalogs online,
scroll down to cam lobe master catalog and click on it, its a pdf file so click open, then scroll down to page #26 for all the info on the LXL lobes.
