wierd GM fitting - need help getting part number

in the process of swapping heads on an 09 CTS-V, I broke the nipple off this fitting. It connects to the left cylinder head, I think coolant runs thru it.

any ideas on what this is or what the GM part number is?

Should be called something like a coolant cross over fitting
