Default Is $5200 too much to pay for complete LS2 with T56?

Was looking for opinions if $5200 is too much to pay for an LS2 from a 2006 Cadillac CTS-V with a 6-sod T56 with 85k miles. Includes harness, ECU, pedal assy, etc.

Thoughts?

YES. Unless you are going to put into another CTS-V, you will need to modify the T56 because the funny shifter location and swap the yoke.

Well that's news to me.....crap.

So which T-56 transmissions are the most desirable to put into a 1968 Chevelle?

Thanks for chiming in by the way.

1998-2002 f-bodies ie. Trans Am and Camaro Z28 or SS (LS1 or LS6 cars) and 2010-2013 Camaro SS, LS3 w/ TR6060 trans which is like the T56 magnum trans

Or look for a 05-06 GTO donor if you're set on an LS2. $5200 sounds about right. I think I paid $6700 for my 40K engine, but it had a FAST, Monster, and a couple other parts I was able to sell off.

The GTO gearing is slightly different than the F body (same as the C5Z) but it's a better trans.
