LY6 402 Stroker Build
So my engine is being built by LME in Houston, Tx. Finally got everything figured out with the motor that I wanted!! The specifics are as follows, let know what you guys
think.
Btw, this is going into my '08 C6 Vette...no longer have the G8GT.
- LY6 iron block (6.6L/402 stroker)
- Callies Compstar 4340 forged 4.0" stroke crankshaft
- Innovators West 10% OD balancer
- Manley L92 stainless 1.600" exhaust valves
- Wiseco forged pistons w/tool steel wrist pins & anti friction coating on skirts (gas ported)
- Callies Compstar 4340 6.125" H beam connecting rods
- Clevite MS 2199 H mains, Clevite CB 663 H rods, DuraBond CH-23 cam bearings
- Manley 1 piece chromoly push rods
- Melling 10295 high pressure, coated oil pump/ ported
- Rollmaster double roller timing set w/ torrington bearing and nitrited gears
- LME dual valve spring kit: dual springs good to .675" lift, titanium retainers, locks, locators, Viton valve seals Cam Motion Billet Core Custom LSx Hyd. Roller
(cam specs - 227 241 .630 .630 115 +4)
- Ported LS3 Heads
- Procharger D1SC w/ DP Big Mouth Kit & 4" pulley
- OBX 1 7/8" headers & Magnaflow axelbacks
- AEM Meth. Kit
- TiAL q BOV
- McLeod RXT clutch
- MGW short shifter
- Relocated IAT sensor
Bunch of other little stuff done that I left out like ARP bolts etc....
