Default Quick cam only ls3 pushrod length question

We're about to order a cam kit from TSP and I've read alot of people using the 7.425. The heads won't be off the motor just cam, spring, pushrod swap. What do I need to order 7.400 or 7.425 Thanks.

I have my LS3 heads milled .020" and running stock length (7.400") pushrods with a custom grind comp LSL/LXL lobed cam and the valvetrain is super quiet. I would say 7.425" would do you just fine given the TSP cam is ground using comp lobes.
