Default LS3 vs L99 valve springs

Is there a considerable difference between L99& LS3/LS2 valve springs. Long story short my LS1 heads have L99 springs on them which I know is good for the LS1 cam but I'm about to drop in a Hot cam.

The L99 springs would handle the Hot Cam.

The real question is whether you should get new springs (or not) based on mileage of the current set.

The springs only have 10,000 miles on them
