How is FAST going to get it to bolt on to the LS2 manifold if they can't even get it to bolt on right to their own intake

Would an LS2 intake manifold work on a LS1.. and can you use the 90mm LS2 throttle body or would you have to buy the FAST Throttle body? (any other options for TB) thanks

I'm guessing the C6 LS2 TB will be fly-by-wire so it won't work for us unless the future GTO or SSR LS2 uses a throttle cable.

bolt pattern is the the same, so yes.

As for bolting up to the LS1, the heads I saw the intake bolted to were ls6 castings, so, they should bolt up to any ls1 with no issue.

I talked to Myron Cotrell at TPIS a couple weeks ago in Indy, and he also stated that his 90mm throttle body would bolt up to the LS2 intake.

If the LS2 intake is indeed in the $400 range, that would be awesome. I'll give Myron my money for the 90mm TB, and get the LS2, and call it good. The TPIS TB is a very nice looking piece, btw... if you're in the market, check 'em out.

What is the SCCA CTS-V running? I thought it was an LS2. Its intake manifold is listed as part number 12569011 with a 90mm opening...

I'm going to make sure the LS2 intake out performs the LS6 before I fork out $400.

Anybody have any idea when the LS2 intake will be released? By the looks of things the C6's are starting to surface. I am sure it is wishful thinking that the intake will be cheaper that the LS6.
Thanks,
Dave
