849 Horsepower 468" LSX More Big Power with Cam Motion
The Cam Motion equipped 468" LSX masterpiece is the work of Late Model Engines in Houston Texas. It incorporates a custom billet intake manifold, CNC ported LS7 heads and a .750" Cam Motion LLR low lash solid roller camshaft. This thunderous work of art belts out 849 horsepower at 7600 RPM.
The custom LME Billet CNC intake manifold is a work of art too.
Watch it lay down 849 FWHP on the dyno:

The only covers I've found that I like to clear adjustable shaft mount rockers are billet. Granatelli motorsports, Wagner Motorsports, and now Moroso has a set. They of course cost a good bit of coin, but the sheet metal ones are all junk. Funny how sheet metal BBC valve covers are made well, but LS ones are . Tried the GM LSx covers once, but they filled the extra height with baffles and we had to mill out the inside of them to work. Holley made aftermarket covers that are nice, but for some reason are just stock height.

Proform works just fine in my experience.. Seemed to have more room than some of the billets I have seen

I went with the All-Pro [$465 a pair] even though they are cast aluminum they are reasonable light and have good clearance over my shaft mounted Jessel Mohawk rocker arms. I will probably crackle black them but haven't made a final decision on that cosmetic detail yet.
