then it is a good mod to somebody.....
even if its not a economical mod its stil a mod that did something...no matter how small it is...

It might be more than you need, but unlike exhaust, too much intake doesn't really hurt anything, at least not by the time you get to the TB.

Come to think of it. Does anyone know the size of the MAF in the LS2? I might end up getting one of those instead of an LS6.

has anyone actually seen an ls2?
The Corvette Show Bloomington Gold was just here in St. Charles Il over the weekend & they had the new 2005 Vette there. NICE
It has the LS2 engine in it. Nicely put together...

I'm pretty sure the FAST 90mm will hook right up... that's the way it looks anyway.

The headbolts aren't junk. They're TTY bolts so they can only be used once after they've been stretched to their spec.

They work on all the other LSX applications (that aren't pushing huge FI cylinder boost pressures) so I'm curious as to why you feel that they're junk?

Thanks.

Yep. 5.3 V8 for the GP. Gets a new steering wheel design that I was working on.

Very interesting. So the aluminum 5.3 gets the LS6 cylinder head. I assume they will just take some of the dish out of the piston to make up for the added chamber volume.
