09 avalanche 5.3 dod delete So I have a 09 avalanche that I plan on doing the dod delete, I have a buddy that has a stock lsa cam that he is going to give me for free. Would I need new springs and pushrods? Also should o get the 243s worked a little bit while they are off? This is my daily driver and tow vehicle

yes. new springs and pushrods. AI and TEA both have good CNC programs for the 243s
