Default Pushrod dimensions?

I see wall thickness given for aftermarket replacements; what's the stock wall for a 6.0?
5/16" X .080" looks pretty common, but leaves very little room for improvement by increasing wall thickness.
What's the largest OD that clears without mods?

Of what i have read the 11/32 fit without mods but i have no experience with them. Some have gotten away with 3/8 but not everyone.

Thanks. Just by math, a direct swap of 11/32" for 5/16" with the same wall thickness is a big improvement: 42% higher bending resistance with only about 14% more weight.

You want the largest diameter you can fit in the heads when it comes to pushrods. NEVER worry about weight on this side of the fulcrum, build for endurance. On the valve side of the fulcrum worry about mass.

A pushrod is a column. Diameter gives it strength.
