Default Combustion chamber size of L92, etc?

I know the small-bore late engines still use the cathedral port head, because the L92 etc. chambers are too wide (long?).
Has anyone actually overlaid diagrams or zero-perspective photos of size-corrected the L92 chamber on concentric circles identifying the OEM bores of 95mm (3.78", 5.3) and 99mm (3.898 5.7)?
Sorry, I don't anything available to inspect.
Many factory designs had a valve opening into the cylinder wall and requiring a relief, including BBC and Chevy L6 stovebolt. Vizard has published results showing minimal flow loss from (what appears to be) a big stumbling block in the BBC.

The OEM L92 heads have too much valve and too wide of a valve spacing for a small bore engine (3.78" - 3.90"), not necessarily to long of a chamber. Many aftermarket heads use a chamber that is larger than the intended bore.

I think what you want is a visual of an L92 head on a 5.3L, correct?

Something like this?

862 cathedral head, 2.165" intake valve, 3.905" bore diameter:
