Lifter issues?
So some back story have an l99 in my car and recently converted to e85 well haven't had any issues until a track day a few weeks back. The last few times driving the can is very hesitant and constantly bucks on acceleratation once I hit higher gear in low rpm it smooths out and it does idle a bit rough when at a stop light. Fuel pressure is fine but it runs very rich now. I can hear lifter clicking when I pulled the supercharger belt so my question is can the lifter cause this or is there something else going on?

Have you modified or deleted the DoD/VVT systems? I would point to those first, and then the tune and how it interacts with those. And to the point of lifter problems, DoD is accomplished via the lifters AFAIK, so those lifters could cause all kinds of craziness, like bucking because you are running on 4 cylinders instead of 8.
