Default L33 Piston damage

so i bought a set of ls4 pistons off ebay for $80. im doing a budget rebuild with them for my work truck. It will not see over 350-400 whp. two of the pistons have some gouges. my question is can i run them? im not building a race motor but at the same time i want to do it right the first time.

U could probably clean them up and be fine. Probably could have got some good 4.8 pistons for cheaper.

I wouldn't risk using a piston that was whacking the cylinder head like that. That piston could easy fail suddenly, these piston are like glass.
