Thumbs up Well the 412 LS2 is in and roaring!

Here are some of the details:

- LS2 block at 4.0005 bore
- Eagle 4.100 crank
- Wiseco pistons, coated
- Comp Star rods
- all ARP hardware
- FAST 90 W/ NW TB
- ALLPRO head 2.08 1.60, 340@.625 on 4.0 bore
- Cam 242 / 250 .610 lift
- Pro Maganum 1.75 rockers
- Isky lifters
- Kooks 1 7/8 headers, ORY, with Maganaflow cat back
- Steel drive shaft 1350 yokes
- Moser 12 bolt, 3.73, Eaton HD 33 spline / spinning ZR1 17 x 11.0 c/w 315's
- McLoed Street Twin, steel flywheel

Well at the end of the day it layed down 519.22 rwhp thru the open Y pipe, cutouts not installed till tomorrow. I'm very happy.

Heres some pics and the graphs, the 511 is thru full cat back.

My old H/c compared to the new motor thru full exhaust.

I think it is a rather unique set up, that is making great street number, it idles pretty good. A few wish we went bigger on the cam but it feels great to me.

I thought a few of you may find this an interesting set up. I love it!

Yeah I'm thinking the same thing Andre... not much point in posting what they flow at .625 if you're never going to use it. I bet you would have made a ton more power with a bigger cam Dale

It's hard to say from the graph, but it looks like the AF was leaner than 13:1... is this the case?

I thought the same thing about the A/F. Hard to say when it's that small. I also noticed the numbers at .625(awsome by the way) but he is using 1.75 rockers. Wouldn't that bring his final lift specs to .6279411......? If so, he is taking advantage of it isn't he?

Trust me Andre it is 12.8-12.9's all the way across I saw the same one with a better resolution. It is as close to perfect as it gets, always room for a little tweaking though.

Yes it works out to .628 or maybe a little more I can't divulge all the secrets.

The Y pipe and cats are now installed and look great. You could do a chin up on this Y pipe now.

It was done by Master Perfomance in Brampton. He has a car to stomp you Andre a 3rd Gen running 8.40 on a 275 shot with 1.2x 60fts On a shake down all motor 10.7 at 117 testing the brakes at 900 ft. Lucky he is not a member. Oh yeah that is on a DOT tire.

This is on 94 octane with low 11.xx compression. With an aluminum d/s,stock sized rims/tires and a 10 bolt I bet it would be 540ish. This is a very streetable cam. Some at the shop wish we had gone bigger, but I'm starting to dream of passing an emission test with a good tune. It smells pretty clean. In Ontario they are doing road side inspections and sniffer test, big fines.

Looks good... there are ton of faster drag cars out there than mine is... fortunately, yours will not be one of them

LS1 knock sensors are used, different location. LS2 do not work, yet anyway. There have been a few that posted that this did pick up knock.

As for the graph that is just a scan of the print out. Trust me the top end is 12.99.

As for you having the faster drag car, without question. Mine is not a drag car not even close it has, Koni shocks, huge sway bars, full weight all factory options still installed, a real differential not a spool with only 3.73 gears and a M6 with a 3700+ pound weight with me in it.

Car feels great and is getting about 220 miles to the tank so far in stop and go traffic with quite a few little bursts of the load pedal . No oil appears to be used and smells quiet clean with the new cats installed. If it can make around 500 thru cats all pollution equipment and exhaust, that will be awesome.

Looks great man congrats!!

Those rims/tires you dynoed on are what 65 pounds each? Big steel DS and 12 bolt. I think the numbers are great for the combo and compression.

stock waterpump too right? Do you have an UD pulley?

Not that it matters but with ALL The boltons and a stock 3.42 rear, DS, and rims/tires I bet the car would make 550RWHP on pump gas.

I bet you cant wait to race tomorrow!

Yes to all of the above, now check out todays pulls with the cats installed.

I'm impressed. these cats are worth every penny. The car smells clean to. I lost .4 hp woop tee doo. The car liked the rich program though, we leaned it out to 13.0 and lost 2 hp. It was over 70% humidty though and that is not correted on the dynojet.

What the MOE does not know won't hurt them.
