Seems like they matched up some exhaust parts as well.

600 HP (at the wheels?) all the way up to 6800 RPM - gawd daym.

Look at Stage 3's exhaust duration. 335 advertised, 276 @.050

Can anyone figure what Stage 3's Lobe Seperation Angle and Installed Lobe Centerline is?

Still great numbers for the 427.

Torque holds well in the upper range. That's a nice 2500 RPM band of power.

Shift that baby just a touch over 7000 and watch the 11's ease by.

Why did they use such a rediculous split on the Stage 3, and why did they choke it with a 1 3/4 header with a 2.5" collector ?
Put a 238°/248° .610"/.620" 112° LSA + 2° (110° IC) cam in there and a 1 7/8 header with a 3.5" collector!

That's gotta be a misprint on the stage 3 cam.

They used a 233/276 cam? Very interesting.

this was engine dyno? stock cam with headers a little over 500 seems kinda low seeing it does that bone stock, but then again that much rwhp seems kinda high....

540rwhp == 613HP engine, LGM is already getting this with a "small" camshaft. The TQ curve looks like an overlay of the stock cam, so I imagine the LGM cam was not that much bigger in duration but a more agressive lobe.

233/276@.05" sounds pretty bogus to me.

I agree, why when "testing cams" would you swap headers as well? Should have left the test standard. Nice power though.

My guess is the split is not bogus. Look at the stock LS7 cam, 19* of split. The LS7 heads dont have good exhaust ports. I wonder what this would idle like...these hotcams are all like 108* lsa or so...yikes!

The valve events are wrong on the HR pic.

Example - Stage III @ .050 the Intake opening should be BTDC - Not ATDC. Exhaust closing should be ATDC - Not BTDC.

Also, I believe GM likes asymmetrical lobes so it's hard to pinpoint centerlines.
FWIW.
