Default GTO 243 Head Question

Quick question, I didnt find it on a search. Did the 05-06 GTO LS2 engines have the sodium filled valves or the std heavier ones? Thanks!

Crap... there is more... How can you quickly tell the date of casting on a 243 head, the 317s have a date code under the valve cover, I didnt see that on the 243, is it coded on the bottom near the pushrod holes? Thanks! I picked up a couple sets, wanting to keep one for myself but would prefer the better of the two.

from what ive read on the internet (take it as you will...):

if the heads are from a C5 Z06, they have the sodium filled valves.
otherwise, the only way to tell is to weigh they valve.
