402 in an f body. you can't use an before f,you only use an if the next letter is a vowel (a,e,i,o,u) so...it should say 402 in a f body. sorry man,i'm just busting your *****

Sorry Mike, but “an” is the correct form of the indefinite article before a vowel sound. Since “F-body” is pronounced ef-body, “an F-body” is correct.

Well, technically Gary Z is PARTIALLY correct. He is 100% correct on the usage of the word "an." However, TA BOY said "An 402," NOT "an F-body"

The usage of the word "an" in "An 402" is improper. It should have read:

"What Will I Need To Buy To Adapt A 402 Block to My F-body"



That other thread covers everything though. It really isn't that big a deal.
